Q: How do I get to the Park Expo Center?
A: Go to https://theparkexponc.com/directions/ to map your directions.

 

Q: Where is the best place to park at the show?
A: You will be receiving further details on where exhibitors can park during the show.

 

Q: Who do I order services such as electricity or water?
A: The order forms are included in the exhibitor manual that is mailed to you 30-45 days prior to the show.  These forms need to be sent to the address/fax number on the forms.  They do NOT go to NCI.  It is to your benefit to order services early to receive them at the reduced rate. 

 

Q: Do table, chairs & carpet come with my exhibit space?
A: No.  The exhibit space does not include these items but does include standard pipe and drape and an identification sign.  Floor covering, however, is required and must be either supplied by the exhibitor or rented from the decorator.  These items may be rented through the show decorator or you may bring them yourself.

 

Q: How do I purchase additional tickets or badge?
A: Contact the show office at 704-303-2055 or fill out the order form that will be included with your exhibitor manual. 

 

Q: Where will I get my exhibitor badges?
A: You will receive your badge allotment when you check in at the show prior to setting up, either on Thursday or Friday.  Please make sure you check in prior to the show opening at 12pm on Friday, as you will not be allowed into the exhibit hall without your badges.
