Q: How do I get to the World's Fair Expo Hall?
A: 
The World’s Fair Exhibition Hall is located at 935 World’s Fair Park Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902. 

From the East:  Take Interstate 40 to Knoxville, and take Exit 388A (James White Parkway/Downtown Knoxville).  Take the first exit (Summit Hill), and bear to the right.  Stay on Summit Hill Drive to either Locust Street (turn left and the Locust Street Garage is two blocks up on the left) or to Henley Street.  Turn left and the World’s Fair Exhibition Hall will be on your right on the back of the Holiday Inn. 

From the North:  Take I-75/I-275 to Knoxville.  Take the Henley Street (Hwy. 441) Exit.  Follow the signs to Henley Street.  The World’s Fair Exhibition Hall is on your right on the back of the Holiday Inn after passing through the Henley Street Tunnel. 

From the West:  Take I-40/I-75 to Knoxville.  Take Exit 388 (Highway 441) Henley Street/University of Tennessee.  Bear to the left, and after passing through Henley Street Tunnel the World’s Fair Exhibition Hall will be on your right on the back of the Holiday Inn.

From the South:  Take Hwy.129 (Alcoa Hwy.)  into Knoxville.  Take the Cumberland Avenue/Kingston Pike Exit, and turn right onto Cumberland Avenue.  Continue toward downtown Knoxville until reaching the Henley Street intersection.  Turn left onto Henley Street (Hwy. 441).  Turn right onto Clinch Avenue, and then cross to Locust Street.  Turn left onto Walnut Street, and turn left into Locust Street Garage.  The World’s Fair Exhibition Hall is located on World’s Fair Drive on the back of the Holiday Inn.

 

Q: Where is the best place to park at the show?
A: Downtown Knoxville has several parking garages and surface lots around the Center. Parking is FREE in all city-owned garages (to include Locust Street Garage) after 6pm and on weekends.  You may also park in the Blackstock Lot.  Click here for a map of the downtown parking.

 

Q: How do I order services such as electricity or water?
A: The order forms are included in the exhibitor manual that is emailed to you 30 days prior to the show.  These forms need to be sent to the address/fax number on the forms.  They do NOT go to NCI.  It is to your benefit to order services early to receive them at the reduced rate. 

 

Q: Do table, chairs & carpet come with my exhibit space?
A: No.  The exhibit space does not include these items but does included standard pipe and drape and an identification sign.  Floor covering, however, is required and must be either supplied by the exhibitor.  These items may be rented through the show decorator or you may bring them yourself. An order form will be included in the exhibitor manual.

 

Q: How do I purchase additional tickets or badge?
A: Contact the show office at 865-531-5611 or fill out the order form that will be included with your exhibitor manual. 

 

Q: Where will I get my exhibitor badges?
A: You will receive  badge allotment when you check in at the show prior to setting up, on Thursday or Friday morning.
