Q: How do I get to the Knoxville Convention Center?
A: Eastbound on I-40: Take Exit 388 onto 441 South (Henley Street). The Convention Center is at the corner of Henley and Clinch Ave.

Westbound on I-40: Take Exit 387. Turn right onto Western Ave. At the third traffic light turn right onto Henley Street. The Convention Center is at the corner of Henley Street and Clinch Ave.

Southbound on I-275: At the I-275/I-40 interchange, bear right onto 441 South (Henley Street). The Convention Center is on the right at the corner of Henley Street and Clinch Ave.

Northbound (from airport): Take 129 North. Take ramp I-40 East (Asheville) stay in the right lane to Exit 388 onto 441 South (Henley Street), drive to Henley Street. The Convention Center is on the right at the corner of Henley Street and Clinch Avenue.

 

Q: Where is the best place to park at the show?
A: NCI has purchased the Poplar Street lot for exhibitors.  You must have a parking pass in order to park in this lot.

 

Q: How do I order services such as electricity or water?
A: The order forms are included in the exhibitor manual that is mailed to you 45-60 days prior to the show.  These forms need to be sent to the address/fax number on the forms.  They do NOT go to NCI.  It is to your benefit to order services early to receive them at the reduced rate. 

 

Q: Do table, chairs & carpet come with my exhibit space?
A: No.  The exhibit space does not include these items but does included standard pipe and drape and an identification sign.  Floor covering, however, is required and must be either supplied by the exhibitor.  These items may be rented through the show decorator or you may bring them yourself. An order form will be included in the exhibitor manual.

 

Q: How do I purchase additional tickets or badge?
A: Contact the show office at 865-531-5611 or fill out the order form that will be included with your exhibitor manual. 

 

Q: Where will I get my exhibitor badges & parking pass?
A: You will receive your parking pass and badge allotment when you check in at the show prior to setting up, either on Wednesday or Thursday.  Please make sure you check in prior to Friday, as you will not be allowed into the exhibit hall without your badges.
